1. Operator and current scope
SharkRule is a software project operated from Switzerland. Contact support@sharkrule.com for website and terms questions. The project has not yet published the operator’s full legal name and postal address; these details remain to be completed. This notice does not identify a registered company or claim a regulatory licence.
The public site currently provides product information, illustrative interfaces, guides and waitlist registration. It does not offer a trading account, accept trading deposits, connect your wallet, execute orders or sell subscriptions. These terms apply to that current scope. Any future paid or connected service will require the relevant terms, operator details and privacy information before you use it.
2. Early access and eligibility
The waitlist is free and intended for people aged 18 or over who can lawfully request access. Use an email address you control. Registration requests confirmation and relevant launch or access messages; it does not purchase a product or guarantee admission, a launch date, price or feature. You can leave the list by emailing support@sharkrule.com or privacy@sharkrule.com.
Public information being available in a country does not mean trading is permitted there. Any future trading functionality depends on local law and Polymarket’s current geographic and account restrictions. Do not bypass restrictions through false information, VPNs or proxies.
3. Software, independent decisions and risk
SharkRule is being developed to monitor markets and automate actions according to conditions, permissions and limits chosen by each user. Website examples explain that design; they do not authorize a trade or establish that a particular integration is available.
Guides, interface labels, percentages, charts and hypothetical rules are general software information. They are not financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, personalized recommendations or promises of profit. You make your own decisions and should obtain qualified advice when needed. Trading can lose the entire amount committed. Automation can repeat mistakes; delays, incorrect inputs, illiquid markets and failed or partial orders can produce unexpected results. Examples and simulations do not establish future performance.
4. Polymarket and other providers
SharkRule is independent of Polymarket and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by it. Polymarket and other external services set their own terms, fees, eligibility and market-resolution rules. Linking to a provider does not create a partnership. SharkRule cannot control a provider’s data, outages, account decisions or settlements. Check the original source and applicable rules before relying on external information.
5. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit another person’s details without permission, send spam, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access or use the site to infringe others’ rights. Respect published access limits. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing, linking to our public guides or activities protected by mandatory law.
Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet credentials or payment-card details through the waitlist or support. The present website does not need them.
6. Content and intellectual property
SharkRule’s original text, design, branding and software are protected where intellectual-property law applies. You may read, link to and use the public guidance for its intended informational purpose, including uses permitted by law. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires the relevant permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain their owners’ property. Sending a support message does not transfer ownership of your content; we may use it as necessary to answer and resolve your request.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content can become outdated and the site can be interrupted or contain errors. No uninterrupted availability, particular market result or error-free operation is promised. We may correct information or restrict access where reasonably needed for maintenance, security or unlawful use.
You remain responsible for decisions you make using general website information. SharkRule remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or other liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Privacy, changes and legal rights
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and analytics choices. Reading this website or these terms does not itself consent to optional analytics or unrelated marketing.
We will date revised terms and provide further notice or seek agreement when required for a material change. Changes do not remove accrued rights or retroactively authorize new data uses. Swiss law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted, while mandatory protections and courts available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected. Contact support@sharkrule.com about a concern; doing so does not prevent you from using legal remedies. Translations are provided for accessibility and do not waive rights available in your jurisdiction.
